Goan Ghost

Reminiscing about childhood vacations in Goa, India, we seek to bring the spicy and aromatic flavors of the Indian riviera to your dining table. Intense heat of ghost pepper is tempered with fresh guava and serrano pepper; and further elevated with green cardamom seed and sundried curry leaves. A refreshing tartness is achieved with the use of house-made Toddy (Coconut) Vinegar.
