Fuyu Fiyah
This seasonal creation was crafted with inspiration from travels through Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. We use Fuyu Persimmon which is grown and harvested seasonally right here in Hawaii; pair it with Habanero and Aleppo Pepper, along with a blend of spices and house-made Raisin Vinegar. Try it as a marinade for meats; splash it on grilled vegetables; create delicious wraps or simply liven up Pizza night!
